Rejected petition Revival of the British Empire

I would like to see a sort of revival of the british empire by annexing ex British colonies so we can make our presence in the military might of the world be a once again super power, why settle for 7th in the worlds most powerful armies when with our highly skilled and high tech armies we can take what is ours and rise from the ashes to number 1.

Once again make the british empire never have a sunset. This could bring us more for the economy, more free trade and more natural resouces we can lay claim to so we can rival America and China in the trade markets and military side of things.
