Yet again the postage rates for franked post are being increased significantly above inflation for the second year in a row. The increases this year are about 8% depending on size of letter/parcel and are putting further pressure on small businesses in particular that cannot pass on cost increases. The prices should be frozen as they have been for first and second class stamps.
