I propose a law prohibiting any local authority from refusing to provide safe secure accommodation for any UK citizen, in the event that they ask for or require, it.
That: in the first instance accommodation is provided. That: ‘proof of need’ be investigated second.
That: No person in our society face a day or night without a place to live, unless they choose homelessness.
