Petition HIP on property sales

After paying out £400 for the HIP when selling my property, I feel it should be refunded. The government forced this scheme and it was withdrawn within a year? It was obviously similar to the PPI payents people made and have been refunded. This was something I never asked for, wanted or needed.

Please make a full refund for these payments.
