Employers should pay a Migrant tax for each unskilled migrant they take on. Whether the Migrant is a EU national or Non EU national
The UK has 2.5 million unemployed who could do unskilled work if Employers chose to employ from the Unemployment line.
Employers would start looking at the unemployed if they face a Migrant tax on each migrant they employed in a unskilled post.
