Petition Review of personal injury reforms
More details
A review of the pending personal injury reforms to be brought in from 1 April 2013 without a vote in Parliament set to affect over 100,000 people in the industry.
The cuts to legal fees will lead to mass redundancies across legal firms and claims management companies. Barristers will also be affected. The cuts are too much too fast. The fact that these changes can be made without a vote in parliament is undemocratic.
