Allow ex-ervice personnel to continue to have access to the Naafi facilities globally on production of an ex-service persons ID. This will allow a better transition to civilian life and also assist serving personnel with access to personnel who have progressed into civilian life and can pass on their experiences and knowledge. Additionally it gives ex-service personnel a mini bonus for their loyalty to their country.
