Petition HS2 Should Only Connect Midlands and North not London

More details

The HS2 lines should connect the Midlands, Northern and Scottish cities and ports only and not include London. This will create an economic zone which can compete with the South East.
HS2 lines to London will only enhance London's economic position and expand the London dormitory area.
The Department of Transport should replan the HS2 infrastructure to achieve this.
