If MP employees of the people use people funded IT equipment then that information is owned by the people. If MP employees use that equipment for their private correspondence they should be paying for it's use and if they have concerns over the security of that information then they should pay, themselves, to have it safeguarded, just like the people who have to pay their expenses whether they like it or not - THE TAXPAYER - have to.
