A law should be introduced that will levy a financial penalty on all spam senders of unasked for e-mail sales advertisements. The suggested penalty is £5.00 per email.
Part of the levy to be paid to the recipient and part to be kept by Government.
Message from abroad should be invoiced to the Government of the Country of Origin to make them responsible for their own Nationals behaviour.
