We the undersigned believe that England should end its colonial past and give independence to the last of its colonies, being Wales and Scotland. The decision on these nations remaining part of the UK should be put to a referendum of the peoples of the entire United Kingdom and if the majority wish the dissolution this should be enacted upon and the political break-up of the UK should follow.
