Petition Civil partnerships for straight couples
More details
We, the undersigned, do not wish to impose our beliefs or will unto any other persons and act purely in an effort to allow us to act how we personally choose.
We believe that straight (heterosexual) couples should be given the right to join in a civil partnership and not be forced into the religious institution of marriage, and all the connotations brought forth with it, in order to attain the legal security that marriage offers.
We petition the government to allow equal rights to heterosexual couples as are offered to homosexual couples, by allowing them to enter into civil partnerships.
