Anyone who sells cheap alcohol (Supermarkets), or food considered to be unhealthy (McDonalds, Burger King etc) to contribute to the impact their products can have on the health of the nation. These companies are making huge profits and should pay a Health Tax to contribute to the work the NHS does to help their consumers.
