Petition Transparancy and details of foreign aid

I believe it is time for the Government to publish its foreign aid expenditure to : -
1. To be transparant about the amount spent on successful projects.
2.Jjustifiy where the Billions go.
3. Have proof of what is achieved with the billions spent.
This will help those of us who are critising this expense as to how wothwhile it may be.
If we decide it is not acieving its goals we will call on the Government to use upto a third more on our poverished children.
