To root out all immigrants not of British Birth or Commonwealth claiming Benefit.
1. Check all NI cards for date of issue against claimants from 2009
2. Investgate wether they have paid into the system.
3. Check that all claims that include children that the children are resident in this country.
4. Anyone found to be illigal should NOT be held in our holding areas or prisons but should be shipped home with £200 equivelent of their natural birth currency.
5. If they do not have naturalised passports a visa should be created so that they can be sent back to their country.
