Aim: Encourage more people to vote and vote their true feelings. Plus reenergise those disaffected by the UK politics/parliament as a whole.

Part 1) On all election ballet papers have a "None of the above" box. In most cases spoilt papers are not incorrectly filled in but are from people who dont want anyone offered.

Part 2) If "None of the above" wins the the election in a constituancy, ALL candidates will be banned from office and there will be a fresh election in that constituancy. If "None of the above" wins the election overall, ALL candidates and MP are banned from office with a fresh election in a months time.
