Make it illegal for anyone to ride a horse on a main road (Especially Bus Routes.) These riders do not pay road tax .But they cause masive delays for vehicles trying to pass them and quite often believe that putting out an arm gives them an automatic right to stop all other traffic
Numerours times we have seen youngsters having trouble handling these poor animals

An on the spot fines would help fund suitable pathways for this activity
