Petition Fees being charged by dentists

NHS dental bands were introduced to cover treatment within the bands.
Dentists are not charging one fee but individually for anything in the bands ie. scale & polish is a thing of the past but charged for separately.If you query it with the Dentist's their attitude is take it or leave it.
I want the government to take action to stop these practices taking place, the bands strictly adhered to with no extra charges.
They should send questionairres to everyone to confirm how bad it has got to get dental care.
