Closed Students pre 2012 fee increase charged new rates to change of mode of study(Part-time to Full-time)

Currently due to student tuition fee increases of 2012 any students studying prior to the fee increase of 2012 if they wish to change mode of study, part-time to full time or vice-versa are subject to the NEW FEE SYSTEM allowing universities to charge up too £9000 for a student transfering from part time to full time mode of study during their course.

At present a student paying part time rate at £695 a year part time to change their mode of study to full time study will have to pay upto £9000.

To change from full time study at pre fee increase rate at £3300 approx a year will be charge £5500 a year part-time.

Goverment Action
If a student was already studying prior to the fee increase of 2012 then the student should be able to change his/hers mode of study during the duration of the course at the original pre 2012 tuition fees.
