A war crimes tribunal should be created to prosecute those funding terrorists in Syria and other countries. The truth is available of where the arms are coming from and where the funding is coming from. The British government is heavily involved in illegal activity which is resulting in the deaths of innocent civilians and it is directly responsible for crimes against humanity. The tribunal should also deal with previous figures of government whole have behaved in such ways. Punishment should be handed out like in the Nuremberg trials of the 1940s.
