Calls upon the government to ensure that the UK remains firmly within the European Union not an isolated non-member; that 3.5 million UK jobs dependent on the EU are protected; that our rights to protection from discrimination in the workplace are protected; that our right to easily and cheaply holiday anywhere within the EU is protected; that billions of pounds spent by the EU developing our towns, cities and countryside are protected at a time of economic difficulty. Also calls upon the UK to adopt the Schengen scheme in order to allow our tourism industry to fairly compete with other rival destinations.
