Local government and other public bodies pay and conditions have been routinely attacked and reduced ministers pay and conditions have gone unchecked.

Ministers should have their pay equally attacked and pension contributions increased to the highest possible after all they only have to serve 8 years to receive a full pension. And their pay should be effectively reduced for the part time work they actually do.
