Rejected petition The Cabinet should live on £53 a week, to demonstrate that "we are all in this together"

More details

Following on from Iain Duncan Smith's claims that he could live on £53 a week, as some benefit claimants have to, I propose that the entire Cabinet should attempt this feat for one month in order to demonstrate that their policy on altering benefit payments will be a successful policy in both reducing the deficit and promoting economic growth.
