The police service in the UK is currently being comprehensively damaged beyond repair due to the ideology of this Condem government.
It is being underfunded and stretched to breaking point despite the increasing demands and complexity of modern policing.
It is being abused and lambasted by our own government and being made responsible for problems caused by an unworkable immigration policy, broken justice system and a benefit system that encourages a significant minority to constantly commit crimes which impact massively on communities, with no fear of effective punishment or payback.
Despite drip fed found bites claiming otherwise; police officers are having massive pay cuts imposed upon them as well as pay freezes, massive pension increases from 11% to 15% of pay to work longer and get a lot less.
The whole of policing needs to be independently reviewed in the uk
