To create more television adverts for those who drive oblivious to what is going on around them .
The motorway police should remind people to move over into the left hand lane to reduce congestion in over taking lanes and reduce accidents and help with the flow of traffic .
Those who after 6 months of adverts educating them how to drive sensibly in the right lanes still continue to hog the middle lane should get a fine
