Closed cosmetic surgery on the NHS after weight loss surgery

i would like ALL weight loss surgery patients to have access to cosmetic surgery... if breast implants can be done on the NHS due to depression then this should be done on the NHS too..excess skin is painful causes infections and is heavy some people have to have weight loss surgery as a last resort and should not be penalised because of this..
