This directive is supposed to be enforced by TSO s but there is evidence that it is not being policed. This directive is crucial to the Carbon Reduction Strategy of Uk and Europe.
The directive is failing and urgent action is required to save it.
We petition CLG to enforce the take up across the Uk to maintain jobs and ensure the directive is successful
