Closed change knife carrying laws

The current knife laws allow the carrying of certain knives, we are looking at changing the current law to no knives to be carried regardless of circumstances,
we would also like to propose a policy that states the carrying of any bladed instrument results in a maxium custodial sentence.
The policy should state that any person caught carrying a knife of any size is going prepared to harm.
Knife crime needs to be reduced in the UK the current law is being ignored but we are still loosing loved ones due to the current law on carrying knives
