Too many people on benefits are having children they cannot afford to raise and it's always left to the taxpayer to foot the bill. This petition is to make an agreement that whomever would like to claim benefits must first agree to have an IUD or some form of contraception and if they do fall pregnant or get someone pregnant they must revoke their benefits and find a way to raise the child they were happy to create.
