Serious offenders convicted on more than one count of LIFE should serve a minimum tariff of LIFE without parole! due to the sevrity of the crimes if its was deemed by the sentencing Judge to issue more than one count of LIFE then they should remain incarcerated for LIFE without ever being freed for the protection of general public
