Any financial construct for selling on any market, which of itself is so complex as to not immediately expose or reveal exactly what it contains and the percentage of "junk" risk, shall be illegal and constitute a fraudulent sale.

In other words, if people cannot understand what you are selling, then you cannot sell it. Obfuscating the contents and risk of "financial products" are what primarily caused the last crash - we will not permit such potentially fraudulent action again
