The Tax System is far too complicated. So much so that hardly anyone can understand it. The current Tax Legislation needs to be replaced by a Tax System that is simple to understand and police.

Complicated reliefs and allowances should be scrapped in favour of keeping it simple and equitable. Taxes that cost as much to administer as they collect should be scrapped.
