Petition Turn second homes into social housing

There is a housing crisis in UK. The fundamental problem is that there are not enough homes. I propose that the Government should compulsorily purchase ALL second homes and hand them to local authorities to help meet the need for housing and to ease the waiting lists.
It is immoral that some people have two or more homes when so many don't have a home at all.
