Please,you must bring back the death penalty,as there is no deterent,when the child and police killers go about their deadly work.With todays technoligy,ie DNA,there is no lilkliy hood of an innocent person being found guilty. life dosent mean life anymore muderers are laughing because even if they get life they know in a few years time they will be free to live there lifes again where ther victims will not
