Petition Introduce Statutory Fines for misuse of ALL Disabled Parking Spaces

We the undersigned believe that:

1. All marked Disabled Parking Spaces should be legally enforceable regardless of where they are situated: i.e. On-road parking, private car parking, municipal car parking, government car parking, local authority car parking etc.

2. All cars parking in a marked Disabled Parking Bay should display a current blue badge.

3. Misuse of disabled parking spaces to be verified by Police, Community Officers, Parking Attendant, Photograph from member of the public or any means that is legally acceptable.

4. Offence of misuse of Disabled Parking Space to carry a statutory £70 fine.

5. Nobody to be considered as exempt, even Government ministers.
