Given the polices persistant misuse of various statutes to attempt to restrict photography introduce into law the following.
1) A presumption that photography is permitted in all public places - this to be defined so as to inlcude private property to which the public are granted access - eg Shopping Malls
2) An absolute right to photograph on-duty policemen. NB any Policeman in uniform is deemed to be on-duty.
