Rejected petition Pay rise for both public and private sector workers on less the £7 ph

My e petition is simple, all UK workers on less then £7 ph need a min of a 1% pay rise every year as part of the UK min wage agreement. The low paid UK work force needs as much help as possible in these hard times.
