+4 Bedroom Tax levied where only 2 people are registered on the Electoral Roll. Those who can afford to live in such space and luxury, with all the extra bedrooms at their disposal, could easily afford to pay £15 a week each on their un-used bedrooms. This money to be put into a Fund for Social Housing for building the Social Housing base, run as a co-operative, so that donors also benefit from contributions.
