Closed Large fines for people parking in disabled spaces without a valid blue badge

We the undersigned demand that ALL disabled spaces, regardless of their situation, should be legally enforceable with fines to those who park in disabled spaces without a valid blue badge.

Too many people think parking in these spaces does no harm, when in fact it is a life line to disabled people wishing to maintain their independence. We seek fines as a deterrent and to keep these valuable spaces free for those who need them
