Can't swap home's because there is too many rooms for the amount of people? why force an old lady to pay bedroom tax on a 3 bed house when she is happy to move to a 2 bedroom property but the government will not allow a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) to move into her home. both sides of the swap are happy but still are not allowed. To much fuss is being made about people on benefits and how benefits can be cut back but who helps families to leave housing association/council to rent private???
