I'm putting this e petition together to help communities and law enforcement stop the theft and organised dog fighting rings operating in Gloucestershire. What I'm hoping to achieve from this petition is more power for police and more funding to help find missing dogs before there put through the pain and suffering caused by dog fighting and also selling high profile dogs on the black market
