People who have worked all their lives and then become ill are put on Employment and Support Allowance - Contribution based (amount of National Insurance Stamps). People who have never worked are placed into the income based group. When you apply for grants to help i.e wet room or adaptations to the place you live. If on income based you pay nothing but if on contribution based you have to pay at least 20%. How is this fair when you receive the same money.
