Closed Home Brew Distallation Of Spirits To Be Allowed

Requesting a change in the current Laws of the Land to allow the practice of the distalation of alcahol on a small scale for home consumption.

currently HMRC require you to have a Distillers License however they will only provide a License if you have a large still and so therefore if your still falls out of this catagory then you are not allowed to operate legally.

Please can the law be amended so that the home brew enthusiast can make spirits as well even if the quantity is limited to XX Litres per year.
