Vote to protect police officers from increased pension contributions and constant erosion of their condtions of service. Police officers do not have the right to strike to defend their position and the government should honour the terms that serving officers agreed to when joining the service. Polcing is a unique role, with unique demands.

Police officers deserve to be treat fairly and pay freezes, allownace cuts, increased pension contributions are destroying what little morale is left in the service and making it a less attractive career for future high clibre recruits
