Rejected petition I do not agree with "OUR" Tax money being spent on Margaret Thatchers funeral

We the people demand that the personal percentage of what ever money was taken out of tax payers money to be paid for margaret thatchers funeral is either:

A) Refunded to those which do not personally wish their taxes to be wasted in this manner.

B) Written official evidence is given to show that the percentage has been put towards an actual appropriate cause rather than wasted in this manner ... e.g. The NHS or the Countries debt
