I am wanting to lower the age of smear tests for people who are 18 and over, or have children before they are 18. this will prevent people from loosing their lives and people waiting till they are 25 to find out they have cervical cancer.

i'm 24 and went for a smear test 7 months before i am 25, the nurse giving it refused to do the procedure because i was not 25, I demanded she did it because i had a letter through the post telling me to book one. they found cancer as a result of the smear test, now imagine leaving me for 7 more months what would have happened then??
