There is, no doubt, an unbefore heard of rule, waiting suddenly to be discovered that will enable Mr Speaker Bercow to use taxpayer pounds to cover any legal costs and libel compensation payments arising out of her tweeting about Lord McAlpine and his continuing legal action against her. And if there is no rule then the public must know that our elected representatives are being prevented from writing one which protects Mr Speaker Bercow from the financial consequence of his spouse's illegal actions.
