Rejected petition Baroness Thatcher's funeral to be funded directly by the Conservative Party

Since a large section of the population opposed the ceremonial funeral of Baroness Thatcher, they should not be required to pay for it.
I propose that the full cost be borne by her supporters, namely her Parliamentary Party.
How they raise the money to be left to the Constituency Associations.
