Petition raise jobseekers allowance age to 21

i would like to see the claiming age of job seeker's allowance raised to 21 except in exceptional circumstances. too many people use it to merely get free money, and go out drinking/partying. i feel this is more so between the ages of 18-21 i know of at least 3 people that have claimed to use the money to drink, they have no bills to pay, no rent to pay just living off of they're parent's and the taxpayers.
