Whistleblowing should ALWAYS be rewarded, not punished. Council taxes are paid to cover the cost of provision of council services, THEY ARE NOT PAID TO COVER THE COST OF THE POLICE COMMISSIONER TAKING HIS WIFE OUT TO DINNER!
